Should I pre-purchase my tickets?
We at Gray Line Ireland recommend that you buy your tickets in advance to ensure tour availability and the best rate for your trip. As a traveller you have a lot to worry about, so go ahead and have the peace of mind that your sightseeing adventures are booked and ready for your arrival.
How can I pay for my ticket online?

How will I receive my tickets?
Once you’ve completed the booking process you will see an electronic, ready-to-print ticket on your screen. Not at a printer? No worries, we will also email you this voucher for your records and as all tickets purchased directly from Gray Line Ireland can be scanned via a smartphone or device. There is no need to print your ticket if you do not want too.
How do I make a change to my booking?
We at Gray Line are more than happy to accommodate you on a different date, or at a different time as long as we have the availability. To make a change, please contact our Gray Line office. Contact information can be found on your electronic voucher. Please note that there are several tours that once booked, cannot be amended. However, we will try our very best to accommodate you on the day!
What is Gray Line Ireland’s cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to date of travel will not be refundable. Applications to waive this charge will only be considered if the application is made to the Gray Line Ireland in writing, and is accompanied by a medical certificate.
Outside 14 day prior to travel – 100% refund less a €5.00 admin/ bank fee charge.
Within 14 day or ‘No-show’ to date of travel – 100% charge.
The charge is in relation to the total ticket price.
Is smoking or drinking allowed aboard Gray Line Ireland’s vehicles?
For the health and safety of our passengers and drivers, smoking of any kind is not allowed on any of our vehicles. We too do not welcome drinking or eating of any kind, with the exception of bottled water of course.
Are Gray Line vehicles accessible to those who have a disability?
Yes. Gray Line Ireland have handicapped accessible vehicles available. However not all buses are fully wheelchair accessible, and you may be asked to store the device in our luggage hold. Please know that there is a restriction of one wheelchair per bus.
We recommend that passengers requiring special assistance inform us at the time of reservation, and no later than 48 hours prior to departure. Please call +353 1 685 4045 for assistance.
Do you offer a student discount?
Gray Line Ireland regrettably does not offer discounted student ticket on all its tours, but does offer an online discount on all Adult Tickets. School groups looking to book larger groups should contact our group sales department here.
Where can I buy day tour tickets in Dublin City?
While we strongly encourage you to buy tickets in advance on our website, you can also purchase tickets from any of our official agents at the following addresses;

Does Gray Line Ireland offer a hotel pick-up service?
Unfortunately, Gray Line Ireland does not offer a hotel pick-up service. Depending on the tour, you have to come at the meeting point in O’Connell Street or Grafton Street. They are well-served places. A lot of transport are going to those places.
Do Gray Line Ireland offer tours in different languages?
No, all day tours from Dublin are in English only.
Do the buses have Wi-Fi?
We, at Gray Line Ireland, have WI-FI on buses, but due to the rural parts of Ireland there can be some gaps in reception.
Do the buses have an on-board toilet?
No. We do not offer such a facility on-board our fleet, but we do have plenty of rest stops on all our tours in a bid to better space out the day.
