A few days ago, a castle in Galway has been revealed as the most popular property in Europe on Airbnb.
Situated only at 25 minutes by car to Galway City, in Craughwell, the castle has been built during the 1400s and has kept its medieval style since this period. Albeit the listing on Air BnB.
With a master bedroom and turret, two guest rooms, a dining room, a living room and some storage rooms this accomidation is something we have not seen before, and fit for a King or Queen.
Technically, this Castle is the second most-booked property, after a room in Bruges (Belgium). However, comparing with the number of people who have stayed there over the years, it is the most popular accommodation.
The cost? Around €150 per night! So if you are looking for an affordable nigh in a castle this is the place to go!
But act fast, this place is almost always booked up…
